R. Rajagopalan, Founder and Chairman of INFANT ENGINEERS PVT LTD is a Diploma Holder with over 40 years’ experience in Automobile Industry in Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, Shop Floor Systems and Materials Management provides Strategic inputs for the organizational growth.

S. Rajasekaran, Managing Director of INFANT ENGINEERS PVT LTD is a MBA Graduate from University of Madras and presently a Research Scholar (Ph.D.) on TQM, Pursuing at Saveetha University with over 30 years’ experience in Materials Management & System Design and Finance is also the Founder & CEO of ASSPL, leads the day-to-day functions on a strategic level with his domain expertise.

Mr S Rajasekaran is also Presently National Vice President of National Institution for Quality and Reliability (NIQR) and President of Sipcot Irungatukotai Manufacturers Association (SIMA).
